I'm enjoying the opportunity to investigate the different options that are available. However, I don't know much about HTML, so I'm having some formatting frustrations. But, I'm feel like I'm doing pretty good so far. Thanks for the tip.
Your mention of formatting frustrations is interesting. Have you found or tagged any help sites on this yet? Has anyone else? This is where delicious will come in handy. -Scott
This is actually a very new concept for me. Although I've heard much discussion about blogging, I just hadn't had the opportunity to investigate it much further. My approach to new tools is to take some time and investigate the options that are available. As I find them, I think about the practicality of using them in a classroom setting.
To answer your question, yes, I've found a few sites that help with blogging...I'm still searching for the practical use of how I can use this in my school. I found a great site to help with understanding how tags work and also a site that will help generate some ideas for educators who wish to use blogs in their classroom. As we go through this process, I anticipate it to be a true learning experience as I'm coming to the table with no previous knowledge to tap into. I expect it to be a great ride!
